I just wanted to share my info from my Dr's Appt..My BP was almost normal, My weight was 230.6. I go back in 90 days to see if I will be taken off medication. I've been on Blood Pressure meds for over 20 years! Thank you Life Trainer/Changer Heisha

Heisha is hands down the BEST trainer I've ever had. She takes my success personal and that's just unheard of. She has a huge heart and she has never given up on me even when I wasn't doing my best.
